Wicker Smith’s Virtual Seminar 2021 Draws in Over 3,200 Professionals!

MIAMI – FEBUARY 1, 2021 – Civil litigation defense firm, Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford P.A., hosted Wicker Smith’s Virtual Seminar 2021 featuring Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. which drew in over 3,200 professional attendees. The live online event included seven free hour-long courses January 25 – January 27 that explored issues facing the claims industry with an emphasis on developing legal defense strategies for 2021. Presentation tracks focused on Medical Malpractice, Transportation, and Construction law. Each course was approved for 1 continued education credit hour for attorneys in Florida and adjusters in California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, and Texas*.

WEBINAR COURSES PRESENTED LISTED BELOW:

“When Metadata Becomes a Mega Problem,” was presented on Monday, January 25th at 10AM with Richards H. Ford, Taylor A. McLeod, and Patrick L. Mixson for 447 attendees.

“Every Turn You Take, Every Call You Make, and Every Law you Break, I’ll be Watching You,” was presented on Monday, January 25th at 1PM with John A. Campbell and Mark H. Ruff, Jr. for 520 attendees.

“Water, Water, Everywhere… Investigating and Defending Water Intrusion Claims,” was presented on Monday, January 25th at 3PM with Raymond E. Watts, Jr. and Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc.’s Ryan Paolantonio for 429 attendees.

“When the Curtain is Drawn: Sexual Impropriety and Electronic Professionalism Claims,” was presented on Tuesday, January 26th at 10AM with Erin M. Diaz, Mandi J. Karvis, and Steve D. Paveglio  for over 347 attendees. *This course was not approved for Texas credits.

“Minor Impact Major Injuries,” was presented on Tuesday, January 26th at 1PM with Jaime J. Baca, Michael E. Reed and Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc.’s Ming Xiao for 593 attendees.

“AOBs May Be Dead, but Directions to Pay is the New Black. Plus, Who to Pay to How to Pay – Pitfalls of the Multi-Party Check,” was presented on Tuesday, January 26th at 3PM with Brandon J. Hechtman, Brandon M. Nichols, and Jessica Prince for 372 attendees.

“Adjusting to the New Normal – Litigation in a Post-COVID World,” was presented on Wednesday, January 27th at noon with Jordan Cohen and Caroline Kubovy for 510 attendees. *This course was not approved for Texas credits.
