Brandon joined Wicker Smith in 2008 as a law clerk. He graduated sixth in his class from the FIU College of Law evening program.
Brandon focuses his practice on complex litigation at the trial and appellate level in both state and federal court. He regularly represents businesses and professionals in a variety of disputes ranging from breaches of contract to all manner of business torts. Brandon also handles a variety of cases concerning real property.
Additionally, he has developed probate, trust and guardianship litigation practice both prosecuting and defending claims from undue influence to breach of fiduciary duty. Brandon also has a transactional side to his practice. He often advises clients on employment contracts, purchase and sale agreements, and entity formation.
In his free time Brandon enjoys making art. He is an accomplished painter and illustrator.
