    Biography

    Brandon Jay Hechtman joined Wicker Smith in 2008 as a law clerk. He graduated sixth in his class from the FIU College of Law evening program.

    Mr. Hechtman focuses his practice on complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. He regularly represents healthcare providers and hospital facilities, businesses, and professionals in a variety of disputes. Additionally, he has developed probate, trust and guardianship litigation practice both prosecuting and defending claims from undue influence to breach of fiduciary duty.

    In his free time Mr. Hechtman enjoys making art. He is an accomplished painter and illustrator.
