Construction Litigation – Subcontractors

In addition to representing general contractors and design professionals, we frequently represent subcontractors of all sizes and specialties in construction defect litigation. Our practice involves early evaluation of the subcontractor’s exposure and formation of exit strategies from the case. We are also experienced in maximizing potential risk transfer to entities hired by our subcontractor as well as defending against indemnity and contribution claims. As with our representation of general contractors, we focus on rapid evaluation of damages in order to properly help claims officials set reserves.
