William M. BromleyBiographyWilliam M. Bromley is a partner in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office, where his work is primarily focused on trusts, estates, and probate matters. Bill has been handling trusts and estates litigation in South Florida for more than ten years. He first joined Wicker Smith as a young lawyer out of law school and spent several years here building his trusts and estates practice before taking a position with the South Florida office of a prestigious national firm that specializes in corporate law, complex litigation, and emerging industries. During his tenure there, Bill gained significant experience in handling taxation, wealth planning, minor guardianship, and other fiduciary matters on a large scale. Wicker Smith welcomed him back in 2026. In addition to his extensive finance and probate practice, Bill is also experienced in general liability litigation and has been asked to assist in cases involving catastrophic injury and death. Bill holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and first in his class in 2016. A dedicated member of the legal community, Bill is active in The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, as well as the Broward County Bar, Appellate Practice, and Wills, Trusts, and Estates Sections. Bill serves on the board of the Adele Marie Bradley Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that offers two yearly scholarships to local high school Seniors.
