William M. Bromley

William M. “Bill” Bromley is a Partner in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office, where his work is focused on trusts, estates, and probate matters, as well as general and premises liability, products liability, and pharmacy liability cases.

Bill has been a litigation attorney in South Florida for more than ten years. He first joined Wicker Smith as a young lawyer out of law school and spent several years here building his practice before taking a position with the South Florida office of a prominent national firm that specializes in corporate law, complex litigation, and emerging industries. During his tenure there, Bill gained significant experience in handling fiduciary matters on a large scale. Wicker Smith welcomed him back in 2026.  A seasoned litigator, Bill brings an enhanced and diverse experience to his current practice representing clients in professional and general liability matters, as well as maintaining a significant focus on trusts and estates, reflecting his cross-disciplinary background.

Bill holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and first in his class in 2016.

A dedicated member of the legal community, Bill is active in The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, as well as the Broward County Bar, Appellate Practice, and Wills, Trusts, and Estates Sections. He also serves on the board of the Adele Marie Bradley Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that offers two yearly scholarships to local high school Seniors.  In his spare time, Bill and his wife enjoy spending time with their two young children and exploring the music and culture of South Florida.
