Paul SchoenbergerBiographyPaul Schoenberger is an associate attorney in Wicker Smith’s Miami office, handling mostly premises liability and general liability matters. He brings more than five years of defense experience to his practice at Wicker Smith, having worked at two different firms in Miami representing clients in first party property, general liability, and premises liability litigation. He joined the firm in 2026. Paul holds an undergraduate degree from Suffolk University in Boston and a law degree with a Certificate in Intellectual Property from St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school he devoted much of his time to public interest work, serving in the Student Immigration Clinic and with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. A dedicated community servant, Paul dedicates much of his time outside of the office to volunteer causes that are important to him. He spent time in Costa Rica with Rancho Español teaching English to underprivileged children and also served as the Secretary and on the Board of Directors of Hermanos Helping Hispanos, Inc., a non-profit helping those in need in South Florida.
