Jane Lee

Jane Lee is an associate attorney in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office, where her practice is focused on general liability matters.

Jane attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, graduating with a degree in Human Factory Psychology in 2019. A certified flight instructor and licensed commercial pilot, Jane spent four years working at Embry Riddle in various training and instructor roles before continuing her education at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando on an academic scholarship. She held several leadership roles in law school, including as the Director of Education and Training for the Moot Court Honors Board and as a Student Coordinator with The Federalist Society Barry Law Student Chapter, and completed her law degree in 2025.

As a law student, Jane gained experience in civil litigation as a law clerk at a small firm in Melbourne, Florida. She joined Wicker Smith upon her admission to the Florida Bar in 2026.
