Tommy began his legal career as a judicial law clerk at the Louisiana First Judicial District Court. He then served as a staff attorney with the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal, recommending dispositions and contributing to published opinions in civil, family, criminal, and administrative cases. His years of public service in the judiciary give Tommy an invaluable breadth of experience in legal research, writing, and judicial practice that informs his practice today. Most recently, Tommy practiced in West Palm Beach, primarily handling trucking negligence and premises liability matters. He relocated to Pensacola and joined Wicker Smith in 2026. Tommy holds an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and a law degree from the Paul M. Herbert Law Center at Louisiana State University. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Florida. A former LSU Men’s Basketball student manager and assistant video coordinator, Tommy remains actively involved with LSU athletics.
