Kevin Morales-Tobar

Kevin Morales-Tobar is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office, where he handles a variety of practice areas including personal and catastrophic injury, general liability, and commercial litigation.

Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs in 2021 and continued his education at the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, receiving his law degree in 2024.

As a student, Kevin worked full time as a paralegal at an immigration firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, assisting with legal issues and providing translation services for clients who were not native English speakers. His immigration work continued in law school, where he served as a Student Advocate in the Barry School of Law Immigration Clinic, representing non-citizens in DACA, TPS, U-Visa and VAWA matters under attorney supervision. Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an associate in 2026, Kevin worked as an attorney at boutique firms in Orlando specializing in first-party property claims and commercial litigation.

Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys beach days, running, spending time with his family and friends, and working on pro-bono immigration matters.
