Taylor A. Morgan

Taylor A. Morgan is a partner in the Jacksonville office of Wicker Smith, where her practice focuses on medical malpractice and professional liability matters.

Taylor is experienced in a variety of practice areas including general liability and wrongful death, but the bulk of her career has been spent representing hospitals, healthcare facilities, and their employed providers in medical malpractice and negligence claims. She is a trusted advisor to some of the biggest hospital systems in Florida, representing their interests in claims of vicarious liability, apparent agency, and corporate negligence, and helping them to carefully navigate the nuanced circumstances that can arise among the parties in such matters.

A Jacksonville native, Taylor is a graduate of Samford University Brock School of Business and earned her law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2015.

A former varsity tennis player in college, Taylor maintains an interest in the sport and plays as often as she can.
