Rachel ButlerBiographyRachel Butler, a Wisconsin native, is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Melbourne office. She works in a variety of practice areas but primarily focuses on automobile negligence and premises liability. Rachel attended college at the University of Central Florida, earning her undergraduate degree in 2017 and her MBA in 2020. She continued her studies at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the Barry Law Review, a Deans Writing Fellow, and a Research Assistant. She graduated number three in her class, with Book Awards in Criminal Law, Legal Research and Writing I & II, and Family Law. During law school, Rachel served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge David Koenig in Florida’s 18th Judicial Circuit, and as a Legal Intern for NASA at Kennedy Space Center. Rachel is also a Certified Florida Supreme Court County Mediator. She joined Wicker Smith as an associate in 2025.
