Mickey Evans, II

Mickey P. Evans, II is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Atlanta office. He works in a variety of practice areas, but focuses primarily on general liability, transportation, and retail matters.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an associate in 2024, Mickey practiced at a respected national defense litigation firm where he represented insurance carriers, corporate defendants, and individual defendants in matters involving trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security, commercial litigation, toxic torts, and other general liability issues. He also has experience in matters involving rideshare, uninsured motorist claims, amusement park incidents, and construction litigation.

Mickey attended Emory University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and European History. He continued his education at Emory University School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 2018 and a Master of Laws in 2019. While pursuing his legal education, he served as an extern for the Honorable Thomas A. Cox of the Superior Court of Fulton County and an intern for the Honorable Christopher J. McFadden of the Court of Appeals of Georgia.

Mickey is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia. Outside of practicing law, he enjoys exercise, music, hiking, and exploring Atlanta.
