Rainer Boggiano

Rainer E. Boggiano is an attorney in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach office, where his practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, products liability, retail, and transportation matters.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an attorney in 2024, Mr. Boggiano served as a partner with another prominent firm where he was the primary attorney responsible for an active caseload in excess of 100 matters with an emphasis in defense of commercial litigation matters with trial, mediation, and arbitration experience.

Mr. Boggiano graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University, majoring in Economics and minoring in Business Law. He continued his education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2016. During law school, he served as a dedicated Judicial Extern for Judge Jonathan D. Gerber with the Fourth District Court of Appeal. He also received a Pro Bono Award for service and was a consistent Dean’s List recipient.

During his free time, Rainer enjoys golfing, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and dog.
