Max Weinberg

Max Weinberg is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, focusing primarily on medical malpractice, premises liability, negligent security, personal injury and transportation matters.

Mr. Weinberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University in 2017. He worked as a teacher and youth advisor at Temple Beth Sholom and volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem in Miami-Dade County before continuing on to law school at Florida International University College of Law.

During law school, he worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Vance E. Salter at the Third District Court of Appeal, earning the Excellence in Civil Engagement Medallion of Distinction for his pro-bono work. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2022.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Max worked for a South Florida firm that provided commercial litigation services.
