S. DionBiographyCasey Dion is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith where he focuses primarily on construction, premises liability, personal injury, and transportation matters. Mr. Dion completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology at Florida State University in 2013. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in 2022. While in law school, he was the President of the Tort Law Society and a National Competitor for the Nova Southeastern University Trial Association. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. Dion worked as a litigation law clerk at a multi-disciplined personal injury law firm where he drafted motions, reviewed and analyzed discovery production, client calls, wrote deposition outlines, reviewed medical records, strategized on arguments and case theory, as well as assisted at eight separate trials. Before attending law school, Mr. Dion was a middle school math teacher, and awarded “Highly Effective Teacher” in Monroe County and “High Impact and Effective Math Teacher” in Florida.
