Kathryn Kubinski

Kathryn Kubinski is an associate in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach office, where her practice focuses on products liability, premises liability, and general liability.

Kathryn graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Oswego, where she was recognized by Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, for her academic research achievements. She went on to earn her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2022. As a law student, she gained experience as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Devin Cohen of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County; worked as a research assistant; and served in the school’s Clemency and Pardon Clinic, assisting individuals with applications for federal clemency.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn worked as a law clerk at a civil litigation defense firm in New York, focusing on products liability matters arising in the aviation field. She relocated to Florida in 2024 and spent time working on a variety of matters including trusts, family law and probate before joining Wicker Smith as an associate in 2026.

Outside of the office, she enjoys horseback riding, running, golf, and spending time with her dogs.
