Jason Hepperly

Jason Hepperly is an attorney in Wicker Smith’s Tampa office, handling a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, general and premises liability, and auto and trucking negligence matters.

Jason has been handling complex litigation defense in Florida  since he graduated law school. He has worked at several prestigious firms representing some of the most well-known insurers in the country in matters including first-party property claims, construction defect suits, third-party liability claims, and negligence actions. He is familiar with all aspects of insurance litigation from inception through resolution and trial, and his clients trust him to represent their interests and guide them toward the best possible resolution.

Jason holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa, a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, and an LLM in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, experiencing different cultures, and staying active through regular fitness and gym activities.
