Jonathan Gallon

Jonathan W. Gallon is an associate in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach office, where his practice focuses primarily on general liability, retail, transportation, and construction matters.

Jonathan graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science at the Florida State University College of Social Sciences & Public Policy, majoring in Political Science and minoring in International Affairs. He continued his education at the Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2024, magna cum laude. During law school, he received the highest-grade awards in Legal Research & Writing I, Professional Responsibility, and Business Organizations. He held the role of Teaching Assistant for Property and Torts and served as the Public Relations & Symposium Editor for The Florida A&M University Law Review. He was also a consistent Dean’s List recipient.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an attorney in 2024, Jonathan served as a dedicated law clerk with the firm, assisting senior attorneys in construction defect, trucking, and premises liability matters.

During his free time, Jonathan enjoys traveling, fishing, watching FSU sports, and spending time with his family. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
