Payton PolinoBiographyPayton Polino is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Tampa office where she works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily professional liability and transportation matters. Payton attended Missouri State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2021. She then continued on to Stetson University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2024 and was a Freeborn & Peters First-Year Appellate Advocacy Competition 3rd Place Recipient. She was also an active member of the Stetson Blockchain and Law Society (Public Relations Chair) and a Stetson Ambassador. Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an attorney in 2024, Payton served as a dedicated Summer Associate with the firm, assisting senior attorneys in products liability, professional liability, tort, wrongful death, and medical malpractice case work. In her free time, Payton enjoys spending time in St. Pete walking, eating at new restaurants, and spending time with her French bulldog, Evie. She is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
