Jessica Pearce

Jessica R. Pearce is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office. She works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily general liability, professional liability, retail and medical care matters.

Jessica attended the University of Florida, where she double majored in English and political science. She graduated cum laude in 2019 and continued on to the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of UF Journal of Law and Public Policy and made the Dean’s List for four semesters. She received her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2023.

During law school, Jessica worked as a research assistant to Dean Emeritus Jon L. Mills and as a teaching assistant in Legal Writing II. Jessica was also an active member of the Florida Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. She gained legal experience in internships for the Southern Legal Counsel, the Clerk’s Office of the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal, and as a summer associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office.

She joined the firm as an associate in 2023.
