Janet Fashinasi

Janet Fashinasi is an associate in the Atlanta office of Wicker Smith, where she focuses primarily on transportation matters.

Ms. Fashinasi has a wealth of experience in law. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, she served as an associate and team leader for a prominent Georgia firm where she handled division of marital assets, debts, custody, alimony, and legal rights and obligations. She also worked at a national law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, for three years tackling complicated family law cases.

Ms. Fashinasi attended Georgia State University, where she majored in Psychology and was admitted to the Georgia State Honors College. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in 2013, she attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and graduated at the top 20% of her class, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2016. Licensed to practice in Georgia since 2016, she focuses her practice on expediting complex proceedings effectively.

In her free time, Ms. Fashinasi enjoys reading, exploring the Atlanta restaurant scene, and spending time with friends and family.
