Molly O’DonnellBiographyMolly M. O’Donnell is a partner in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach office, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, premise liability, professional liability, healthcare, and automotive matters. Molly attended the University of Florida, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2012. She continued her education at Florida Coastal School of Law, where she earned a Book Award in Criminal Procedure and Evidence and received a Pro Bono Honors Award. She completed law school on a full merit based scholarship, and received her Juris Doctor in 2016. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2023, Molly worked in various areas of the law including family law, real estate law, and business litigation. She has also written several appeals that were reviewed by the Fourth District Court of Appeals. In her free time, Molly enjoys doing yoga, and spending time with her dogs.
