Bianca TaraschiBiographyBianca Taraschi is an Associate in the Melbourne office where she focuses on a range of matters, including medical malpractice, personal injury, automobile negligence, construction defect and premises liability. Bianca is licensed to practice law in both the State of South Carolina and the State of Florida. After receiving a Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University, Bianca attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While in law school, she focused her studies and internships on the criminal defense field; primarily in federal criminal appeals in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Bianca also received the Recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Award. This prestigious award is given annually to one graduate in each of the school’s divisions who best demonstrates standards of competence and professionalism, a strong social conscience, high ethical standards, and a commitment to the improvement of the legal system and society, as demonstrated by the Faculty on recommendation of the Honors and Awards Committee. Her experience includes working in insurance defense as an associate attorney responsible for representing individuals and companies in a variety of insurance defense cases. Prior to joining the civil litigation field, Bianca served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit where she managed a significant caseload and had the opportunity to try over 10 jury trials.
