Dalton TritschlerBiographyDalton S. Tritschler is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Sarasota office where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, general and premises liability, and auto and trucking negligence matters. In 2018, Dalton graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. He then continued his education at Florida International University earning a Juris Doctor in 2021 and placing on the Dean’s List for three consecutive years. During law school, he was a member of the FIU Law Review and an active competitor on FIU’s Moot Court Team. He was also a runner-up finalist in FIU’s 17th Annual Moot Court Competition and placed as a semi-finalist in the Boston Regional ABA Moot Court Competition, where he won the award for the third-best brief of the competition. Additionally, he worked as a legal writing teaching assistant for the Legal Skills and Values program and worked as a research assistant while at FIU College of Law. Dalton is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is an active member of the Sarasota County Bar Association.
