Cole ClarkBiographyCole Clark is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses on automobile negligence and first-party property. Cole earned his undergraduate degree in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Central Florida, and went on to pursue his law degree from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, Cole served on the board of a number of student organizations, including the FIU Law Review, the Peer Mentor Program, and the Federal Bar Association. He earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both Legal Skills & Values I and Business Organizations, and was a Dean’s List scholar during every semester. As a law student, Cole spent his first summer interning at the State Attorney’s Office for Florida’s 12th Judicial Circuit. He gained valuable experience and developed his skills in interviewing witnesses and victims, conducting legal research, and drafting memos communicating the reasons behind the office’s decisions not to file charges. Cole spent his second summer of law school as a summer associate at Wicker Smith before joining the firm as an associate in 2025.
