Peter is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses on aviation, civil litigation, commercial litigation, and automotive negligence. Kevin earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a certification in Intelligence and National Security from the University of Central Florda. He went on to pursue his law degree from Florida State University College of Law, where he was an active member of The Florida State University Law Review, FSU Law Business Review, the Association for Criminal Justice, and the Federal Bar Association. Kevin was also a member of FSU Law’s Trial Team, which took home the championship in the 2023 Wayne A. Hogan Intramural Trial Team Competition as a competitor and 2024 as a coach. Further, his team placed as semi-finalists in the 2023 Florida Justice Association Trial Team Competition and quarterfinalists in the 2024 Chester-Bedell Trial Team Competition. During law school, Kevin gained valuable experience through a variety of legal internships and law clerk positions. He has worked in probate law as well as both plaintiff- and defense-side personal injury firms. Since 2022, Kevin has also been the CEO of a small real estate and property management firm based in Davie, Florida.
