Barbara FlanaganBarbara Flanagan Barbara A. Flanagan is Of Counsel in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office. She joined the firm in 1996 and practiced full time for 26 years. She has spent her career successfully defending a variety of cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and professional liability to include legal and medical malpractice. Appearing in both state and federal court, Ms. Flanagan has represented national retailers, product manufacturers, national food service clients, nursing homes, physicians, lawyers, mental health facilities and well-known insurance companies such as Scottsdale Insurance, FPIC, Travelers and Mag Mutual. Ms. Flanagan graduated magna cum laude in 1982 from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts. She went on to continue her studies at Tulane University, graduating in 1985 with a Juris Doctor.
