Biography

Todd Barron, a native of Virginia, is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office where his practice focuses on automotive, civil litigation, labor and employment, medical malpractice, sexual abuse, and premises liability.
Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. Barron worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Broward State Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted felony level cases. Mr. Barron holds a law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Honor Society. While in law school, Mr. Barron interned for the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and received the pro bono honor award for volunteering in the sexual battery unit of the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. After law school, Mr. Barron continued his legal studies at American University Washington College of Law where he graduated with a Master of Laws degree in Law & Government with a specialization in Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice.
For his undergraduate studies, Mr. Barron attended Bowling Green State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
