Brendan Wayne Rowe

Brendan Rowe is a partner in the St. Petersburg Downtown office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses on medical malpractice and general liability matters.

Brendan brings over 20 years as a trial attorney to his position at Wicker Smith. He is experienced in the defense of high risk and high exposure claims including general liability, medical and nursing malpractice claims, pharmacy negligence, self-insured risk retention groups, hospital liability, and risk management and compliance. He has tried multiple cases to verdict in State courts throughout the Tampa Bay Area.

Brendan is a graduate of Florida State University. He double majored in Criminology and Psychology, graduating summa cum laude in 2002, before completing his education at Florida State University College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2006.

Brendan has focused his entire career representing physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals in medical malpractice cases. In addition, he represents other defendants in general liability cases.
