The recorded discussion covers how the COVID-19 global pandemic has changed how litigation is conducted at least in the near term, and possibly permanently (ZOOM much anyone?). Verdicts nationally had been rising exponentially BEFORE the pandemic, will it now add to that trend? Plaintiff’s Bar advertising has increased substantially on COVID-related litigation alone.
