April 14, 2020     Featured News by k.bhalai

MIAMI – APRIL 13, 2020 – Civil litigation defense firm, Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford P.A., is pleased to announce Erick Crep, a partner in their Miami office, has been elected to the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). Membership is limited and selective; by nomination only and limited to 1,000 practicing lawyers and corporate counsel in the United States.

The FDCC’s membership is composed of recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction in their respective practice areas. Election is by the board of directors upon recommendation of an independent admissions committee charged with the responsibility of making a careful investigation into the qualifications of each nominee to insure that those selected have distinguished themselves professionally. All nominees must be of high professional standing and of good moral character.

Erik Crep focuses his practice primarily on matters involving professional liability, transportation defense and general liability. In addition to the FDCC, he is also an active member of the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF) and Dade County Bar Association.

Since 1936, the FDCC has been a professional trade association of peer-reviewed premier defense, corporate counsel, and industry executives, dedicated to leading the profession by advancing the principals of civil justice, actionable knowledge, and fostering the trust and value of fellowship.
