Biography

Erik P. Crep joined Wicker Smith in 2004 and is a shareholder in the Miami office. He received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University in 1999, where he was a member and three year starter on the basketball team. He is married to Elizabeth Crep; they have one child, Cole.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004, Erik has experience representing clients in matters involving professional liability, transportation, personal injury, premises liability and commercial disputes. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association and the Professional Liability Defense Federation.
