Partner, Vivianne Wicker, will be heading up the Key Largo office. Ms. Wicker has over 30 years of experience handling complex litigation in both state and federal courts. Ms. Wicker covers a broad spectrum of legal matters including construction litigation, employment litigation, trucking, retail and restaurant litigation, insurance coverage issues, fraud, PIP fraud, premises liability, negligent security, products liability and general liability claims. Additionally, Ms. Wicker has gained particular experience in catastrophic vehicular and trucking accidents statewide because of her implementation and deployment of an immediate response team to handle claims at a moment’s notice. She also has a vast amount of knowledge in the manufacturing and retail industry dealing with multifaceted product liability issues and food-safety related issues such as food borne illnesses, outbreaks and alleged foreign objects. She has represented international beverage distributors, national retailers, restaurants and food manufacturers in claims throughout the United States.
