Joseph Mueller is an attorney in Wicker Smith’s St. Petersburg office, handling labor and employment disputes as well as trucking liability and catastrophic injury claims. Joe is experienced in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination and retaliation claims, FMLA issues, and workers compensation defense. He has also represented clients in the defense of industrial accidents and catastrophic workplace injuries.
