Tyler MaconBiographyTyler Macon is an Associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office, where her practice focuses on general liability and premises liability claims. Tyler attended Texas Southern University, graduating summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in Finance in 2022. She went on to attend the University of Florida Levin College of Law as a John Lewis Fellow on a full merit-based scholarship. During law school, Tyler served as the President of the Association of Law and Business, was an award-winning member of the Florida Moot Court Team, and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Practice. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2026, Tyler served as an Assistant Public Defender in Orange County, where she managed an active caseload of more than 270 misdemeanor matters and gained significant courtroom experience representing clients in jury trials, bond hearings, and pretrial conferences. She also litigated a variety of dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss, on her clients’ behalf. Outside her legal practice, Tyler enjoys baking and pursuing her creative interests, including sewing and embroidery.
