Molly began her career in the insurance industry working as a claims representative for two separate national insurers for nearly four years before pursuing her legal career. She was admitted to practice in 2005 and spent the early part of her career as a litigator with some of the most well-known firms in Atlanta, handling a variety of matters including general and premises liability, product liability, professional liability, sexual abuse and misconduct, and insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. During her career initially in Wisconsin and now Georgia, Molly has tried more than two dozen cases in both state and federal court, securing multiple favorable results. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2026, Molly spent seven years working as a free-lance and contract attorney for a variety of corporate clients, handling not only litigation but also real estate, business, and contractual matters for Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Molly is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and Indiana University, where she was recognized as Greek Woman of the Year and held leadership roles in Alpha Delta Pi. Originally from Florida, she maintains an active commitment to the legal and broader community through her involvement with the Stonewall Bar Association, Human Rights Campaign, and Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. She also volunteers with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and serves as a judge for moot court and mock trial competitions.
