Taylor KinmonBiographyTaylor E. Kinmon is an associate in Wicker Smith’s St. Petersburg Downtown office, where her main areas of practice are medical malpractice and professional liability. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2026, Taylor worked for several years at another prominent Florida-based firm, defending physicians, PA’s, nurses, dentists, and healthcare facilities in medical malpractice and professional liability matters. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation from pre-suit evaluation through motion practice and mediation, and has been instrumental in the research and arguing of multiple dispositive motions throughout her career. Taylor holds a law degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. She is currently working toward completing her MBA at Louisiana State University at Shreveport while also working full-time as a medical malpractice litigator.
