Shivam Kumar

Shivam Kumar is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Atlanta office, where his practice is mostly focused on premises liability, product liability, trucking defense, and personal injury litigation  matters.

Shivam brings six years of litigation defense experience to his practice, having worked at several regional and national firms in the greater Atlanta area before joining Wicker Smith in 2025. He is experienced at handling all sorts of liability matters from origination to resolution, and has tried cases in both state and magistrate court.

Shivam majored in History at Emory University in Atlanta before going on to law school at Vanderbilt. During law school he served as the Vice President of the South Asian Law Student Association, and earned his Juris Doctor in 2018.
