Natalia Pinzon Martinez

Natalia Pinzon Martinez is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Miami office, where she works on a variety of matters, including general liability, retail, and transportation, at both the state and federal levels.

Natalia graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University with a degree in Political Science in 2014. She went on to attend law school at St. Thomas University School of Law, and graduated cum laude with a Certificate in Human Trafficking in 2018.

After law school, Natalia spent four years as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami. She gained invaluable courtroom experience and tried dozens of cases to verdict, eventually rising to the rank of Assistant Chief of Misdemeanor Domestic Violence and Chief of Litigation.

When she transitioned to private practice, she joined a national firm that handled general liability, government liability, attorney malpractice, employment disputes, and other civil liability matters. She joined Wicker Smith in 2025.

Outside of the office, Natalia enjoys reading, particularly books that offer new perspectives on personal growth and professional development, traveling to explore new cultures, and spending quality time with her family. To maintain balance, she practices mindfulness to stay grounded and focused.
