Seth Cowan

Seth Cowan is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Atlanta office, where his practice focuses on general and professional liability.

Licensed to practice since 2023, Seth spent three years at another prominent firm in Atlanta handling general liability and insurance defense matters before joining Wicker Smith in 2026. Prior to becoming an attorney, Seth worked his way through college and law school as a legal assistant and law clerk at two different firms handling divorce and family law.

Seth earned his B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Kennesaw State University, before continuing his education at Georgia State University College of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2023.

Outside of work, Seth is a dedicated member of his community. He volunteers at St. Francis’ Table Soup Kitchen and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.  When he is not working, he enjoys playing golf, pickleball, and cheering for The Ohio State University Buckeyes.
