Rachel Studley

Rachel Studley is a Shareholder in the West Palm Beach office of Wicker Smith, where she has practiced since joining the firm in 2002.

Admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2002, Rachel has spent more than two decades litigating complex and multi-party claims throughout Florida’s state and federal courts on behalf of national insurers and Fortune500 companies, with a practice concentrated in professional negligence, automobile negligence, wrongful death, premises liability, real estate, and first-party insurance matters. She has built a distinguished record representing healthcare providers, nursing homes, homeowners’ associations, automobile policyholders, theme parks, and national retailers in high-stakes litigation.

Rachel is a graduate of Florida International University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, and the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2002. She is a member of The Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
