Rachel Studley

Rachel Studley joined Wicker Smith in 2002 and is a partner in the West Palm Beach office.
Admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2002, Ms. Studley has actively litigated throughout Florida in state and federal courts, primarily handling complex and multi-party claims in the areas of professional negligence, automobile negligence, wrongful death, premises liability, real estate and first-party insurance. She has successfully represented healthcare providers, nursing homes, homeowners associations, automobile policy holders, theme parks and retail stores including well-known companies such as Nationwide Insurance, 7-Eleven, Inc., and Office Depot, Inc.
Ms. Studley graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University in 1999 and went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2002. She is a member of The Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

• In a recent action to recover an earnest money deposit against Princeton Homes, Inc. in St. Lucie County, the Court granted summary judgment for Ms. Studley’s client.
