In 2017, Ms. Batista graduated summa cum laude as a double major in psychology and foreign affairs with a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. She then continued her education at Florida International University College of Law, earning a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2020 and placing on the Dean’s List throughout all four years of law school. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Batista served the Florida Third District Court of Appeal as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Kevin Emas in the summer of 2018. She is admitted to practice in The State of Florida. In her spare time, Ms. Batista enjoys trying new recipes, running, and practicing yoga. Honors
