Nina Batista

Nina N. Batista is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Miami office. She focuses her practice primarily on appellate matters and offering support in a variety of practice areas, including medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury, first-party property, probate, and business disputes.

In 2017, Nina graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University as a member of the Honors Program and with a double major in psychology and international affairs. She then continued her education at Florida International University College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor and graduated magna cum laude. Nina attended FIU Law as a Dean’s Merit Scholar, and was a member of both the FIU Law Review and Moot Court Team. She placed on the Dean’s List every semester of law school.

Nina was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 2020 and is an active member of The Florida Bar.
