Nicole Romero

Nicole Romero is an Associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, where her practice focuses on general liability, construction, and transportation matters.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and then went on to earn her J.D., cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law in Miami. During law school, she was a consistent Dean’s List recipient and wrote for FIU Law Review. She also earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Florida Civil Practice and Civil Procedure.

Nicole comes to Wicker Smith with a background in workers’ compensation litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she spent five years representing both employees and employers/carriers in complex injury claims from inception to resolution.

Nicole was admitted to practice law in the state of Florida in 2020 and is an active member of The Florida Bar, Miami-Dade County Bar Association, and Cuban American Bar Association.
