Jeffrey Mathias

Jeffrey Mathias is an Associate in the Melbourne office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses mostly on personal injury and first party property litigation.

Jeffrey attended the University of Central Florida, graduating with a degree in Political Science in 2014, and went on to earn his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

Jeffrey is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2025, Jeffrey worked at a boutique firm in Merritt Island handling the defense of personal injury and first party property claims. He also spent time at a major plaintiff-side firm in Fort Lauderdale, litigating PIP cases throughout the state of Florida.
