In 2010, Mr. McCoy graduated from the University of Florida with a major in History. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 2013. While in law school, Mr. McCoy interned for Federal Judge James Lawrence King. Mr. McCoy started at Wicker Smith as a law clerk in 2012 and upon receiving his Juris Doctor joined as an associate in 2013.
