Marshall Guyton

Marshall B. Guyton is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Tampa office. His primary areas of practice are Transportation, Construction, Healthcare, and Retail.

Marshall attended the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2019. He then continued on to Stetson University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2024. During law school, he worked as a Legal Intern for Magistrate Judge Amanda Arnold Sansone at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He was also an Honor Roll recipient and Student Bar Association Class Representative. Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an attorney in 2024, Marshall served as a dedicated law clerk with two Tampa firms, where he gained valuable insights into employment law, worker’s compensation and first party matters.

Outside of practicing law, Marshall enjoys playing strategic games and visiting national and state parks. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
