Marlene BritoMarlene Brito Marlene Brito is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Miami Office where her practice focuses primarily on automotive, civil litigation and premises liability cases. In 2012, Ms. Brito graduated from Florida International University with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. She then received her Juris Doctorate from the St. Thomas University in 2016, graduating magna cum laude. While attending law school, Ms. Brito received CALI Book awards in legal research & writing, real estate development, and finance. She was also a recipient of the Cuban American Bar Foundation “At-Large Scholarship”. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Brito practiced at a Florida real estate firm, where she handled condominium and community association law. Ms. Brito was admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is an active member of the Dade County Bar Association and Young Lawyers and The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections of The Florida Bar.
