Marc SpierBiographyMarc D. Spier is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office. He is involved in a range of practice areas, with a primary focus on cases related to medical malpractice and general negligence. Mr. Spier attended the University of Florida, graduating in 2019 with a degree in Political Science. In 2023, he obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law. He served as the Assistant Managing Editor & Articles Editor of the Law Review, and was honored with the Van Horn Law Group Pro Bono Award. During law school, Mr. Spier served as a legal research consultant to Professor Douglas L. Donoho, providing research to aid in the publication of The Second International Human Rights Course Book and The Modern Law of Torts: A Contemporary Approach. He completed internships at firms on both the plaintiff and defense side of personal injury, as well as with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office.
