Kyle SchmittBiographyKyle Leigh Schmitt is an associate in the Jacksonville office of Wicker Smith, where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, transportation and general negligence matters. Ms. Schmitt graduated cum laude from Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in Legal Studies in 2008. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from University of Miami Law School in 2013. Ms. Schmitt brings a wealth of experience to her practice at Wicker Smith. She has practiced as a subrogation attorney on behalf of one of the largest insurance companies in the state of Florida, defense counsel for a prominent civil litigation firm in Jacksonville, and in-house counsel at a large real estate and home owner’s association firm. In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Schmitt is an USASF certified and accredited Competition Judge and Skills Consultant in the competitive cheerleading arena. She has judged the USASF Worlds and Varsity All Star Nationals, in addition to events throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and Costa Rica.
