Carter HaskinsBiographyCarter Haskins is an associate in the Tampa office of Wicker Smith. His primary areas of practice are Transportation, Construction, Healthcare and Retail. Mr. Haskins graduated from the University of Tampa in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. As an undergrad, he served on the Student Government Judicial Advisory Board, and was also the President and Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor in 2022 from Stetson University College of Law, where he made the Honor Roll in the Spring of 2021 and competed at the National Civil Trial Competition. Prior to his admission to the Bar, Mr. Haskins interned at several firms in the greater Tampa Bay area, including Winters & Yonker, P.A. and the Law Offices of Tragos, Sartes & Tragos. He also spent time as a law clerk at Southern Legal Counsel in Gainesville, where he worked on matters relating to the rights of homeless people and children in Florida’s public schools.
