Kelly Neufville

Kelly Neufville is an associate in the Jacksonville office of Wicker Smith, where her practice focuses on medical malpractice, general and premises liability, and automobile negligence matters.

Kelly was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2018 and has spent her career in defense litigation. She has worked at some of the best firms in Florida, representing clients in a variety of areas including property damage, construction defect, first party PIP, uninsured motorist, and personal injury. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2026, she spent several years at a prominent medical malpractice defense firm, handling all facets of litigation from presuit to settlement and trial. A talented researcher and writer, Kelly has been responsible for multiple successful summary judgment motions throughout her career.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys live music, reading with her book club, volunteering at St. Paul’s, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. She and her husband are avid boaters and love spending as much time as possible on the water.
